Terms And Conditions
This application is subject to a screening of all credit and background records to be requested by the Landlord. The application fee of $75.00 will cover all applicants for the apartment. If a guarantor is needed, an additional application fee of $75.00 will be charged. Regardless of the screening outcome, the application fee is non-refundable.
